A five-day customized Leadership Development Program was organized by Center for Executive Education, CEE, IBA, Karachi for Dawat-e- Hadiyah, Bohra Community, from September 30 to October 4, 2019.
The participants were from different parts of the world including USA, Africa, the Middle East, India & the UAE. Many of them in leadership positions running nonprofit Bohra institutions or departments.
The program focused on different aspects of Leadership, Finance, Emotional Intelligence and Strategy Development. This was customized with a comprehensive diagnostics study before the program. This study involves Team CEE and Faculty meet-up with Bohra community leaders.
This program was structured to involve these participants in a multiple-session, cross-functional, interactive training format in which they received substantial awareness leading their community enterprises. The main objective being to develop participants as leaders to take on more senior functions in the future.
